Transparency Health · Personalized medicine
Medicine with the time to see the whole picture.
Transparency Health is a highly personalized medical practice integrating advanced diagnostics, functional and longevity medicine, and longitudinal clinical care to understand your health more completely, and support the life you want your health to make possible.

01 / A wider view
Your biology matters deeply. But it is not the entirety of who you are.
Human health cannot always be understood through a single diagnosis, laboratory value, organ system, or framework of medicine.
We look carefully at physiology while also recognizing the context in which that physiology exists: your history, environment, relationships, behaviors, experiences, goals, and the patterns that emerge over time.
The work is not about choosing between conventional and functional medicine, or between science and a broader view of the human experience. It is about bringing together what is useful, remaining discerning about what is known and what is not, and applying that understanding thoughtfully to you.
02 / The care model
A smaller practice allows for a different kind of medicine.
Transparency Health is intentionally designed around a limited number of clients. That creates time for deeper preparation, longer conversations, thoughtful follow-through, coordination across specialists and diagnostics, and an ongoing understanding of your health rather than a series of disconnected encounters.

03 / Connected systems
A more complete view of health.
We consider the connections between systems, and the context in which your health unfolds.

Aging biology + prevention
Environment, behavior + lived context

04 / Thoughtful diagnostics
More information is useful only when it changes understanding.
Testing is selected intentionally rather than for volume alone. Depending on the individual, this may include advanced cardiometabolic testing, functional diagnostics, body composition, imaging, cancer screening, aging biomarkers, cognition-related assessment, genetics, and other targeted evaluation.
The goal is not to collect data for its own sake. It is to recognize meaningful patterns, increase awareness of early health changes, and build a clearer picture of overall health.

05 / Meet the team
Clinical rigor. Wider perspective.
Thoughtful care begins with the people behind it. At Transparency Health, clinical rigor, careful listening, and collaboration shape how we understand your health and support your care.
Lauren Bachman, DNP, AGNP-BC, FMCP-M brings a doctorally prepared nursing perspective to this work, integrating conventional clinical medicine, functional medicine, prevention, and longevity science.
06 / What health makes possible
Health is not the final destination.
For some people, the work begins with persistent symptoms. For others, it is about prevention, longevity, performance, fertility, cognition, or simply understanding their biology more clearly.
As physiology becomes better supported, something else can become possible: more energy for relationships, creativity, contribution, purpose, and a clearer relationship with oneself.
There is no universal endpoint. The work is to understand what greater health makes possible in the context of your life.
07 / Depth + continuity
